Caleb Lemmons and Chris Sexton made it to the FHSAA State Wrestling Championships and represented us with dignity and effort!
As a freshman, Caleb went 0-2, building on his experience as he is ready to win it all next year. During his first year at Farragut, Chris Sexton made giant leaps to not only be a State Qualifier, but make it to the Blood Round. The round where if you win, you place at state, you lose and your season is done! Chris lost to Jeffrey Phillips 1-0 who he beat at districts a few weeks ago and fell short of his goal to place at state! This sport teaches you so many lessons and I couldn’t be any more proud of Chris and Caleb! No other sport or activity, teaches you self discipline like wrestling. Congrats on great years boys!
